My job is to provide you with solid and pertinent information so you can make an honest, informed decision based upon facts, not hype. Selling your home is a complicated task, so it is crucial to have every possible advantage you can.

Looking through a list of homes that I will send to you based on your needs, to narrowing down the ones you want to see, to eventually buying the home can be a nail-biting prospect. I will advise you at every step of the way, from getting pre-qualified to assuring that I listen to your needs. When we finally are ready to put in an offer, I will prepare a well-crafted offer on the house you like. I will wait patiently with you while we wait for the sellers to respond, ready to negotiate to your advantage.
