Stonegate Village Community Association is a master planned development in the City of Irvine, located west of Portola Parkway and east of 5 freeway bordering Jeffrey Road, Irvine Boulevard, and Sand Canyon Road. Stonegate neighborhood consists of seven home tracts built by the Irvine Pacific Homes starting in 2011. The community has a variety of both detached and attached luxury homes.
